Toast The Season: Holiday Cranberry Mules

Hey Hey flower friends! For me, holiday season starts as soon as the fresh cranberries hit the shelf. My favorite use for them? A delicious holiday cocktail! My favorite festive cocktail hands down is a Cranberry Moscow Mule. It’s combines the classic flavors of a classic Moscow Mule with a tart and refreshing twist from my spiced cranberry syrup. They quickly became a holiday staple at our house and they can easily be made in a big batch for entertaining!

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz vodka

  • 1 oz spiced cranberry syrup (find the recipe here)

  • 1/2 oz lime juice (freshly squeezed)

  • Ginger beer (to top off)

  • Ice

  • Fresh cranberries and lime wedges (for garnish)

  • Mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Start by filling a copper mug or a glass with ice cubes.

  2. Combine the vodka, cranberry juice, and lime juice. Stir well to mix all the flavors together.

  3. Top the rest of the mug with ginger beer. You can adjust the amount based on your taste preference.

  4. Feeling extra festive? Add fresh cranberries and a lime wedge for garnish. If you like, add a few mint leaves for an extra touch of freshness!

  5. Enjoy your festive Cranberry Mule!

Tips:

  • Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less cranberry syrup.

  • For a fun twist, try adding a splash of flavored vodka, like Cranberry, Spiced, Or Vanilla.

  • This can be scaled up for a great Batched Option for parties.

  • The alcohol can be omitted for a delicious mocktail for anyone who might be sober or avoiding alcohol!.

If you give this recipe a try I would love to hear what you thought about it in the comments!
